Antarctic sea ice is still at an all time high for this time of year. Global sea ice is below average as of this week for the first time a couple of months.

That's a nonsense comparison. The area difference isn't relevant, volume is. The West Antarctic ice sheet is an ice sheet, often 1000+ km thick holding an enormous volume of water. Antarctic sea ice is a few meters thick at most, and it alms all melts away in the following summer and then reforms. The ice sheet has lasted over 100,000 years, Antarctic sea ice has been there for four months. It has no effect on sea level, an ice sheet does.

Long before your car warmed the planted, Antarctica was covered with forests.

It's true... Data was changed to show the past was cooler.

Global Warming 'Fabricated' by NASA and NOAA

" sometime after 2000, the temperatures were adjusted to accord with the climate alarmists' fashionable "global warming" narrative. By cooling the record-breaking year of 1934, and promoting 1998 as the hottest year in US history, the scientists who made the adjustments were able suddenly to show 20th century temperatures shooting up - where before they looked either flat or declining."

This story came out a month ago, yet this is the first time I'm hearing about it. I wonder why. It's not like I live under a rock. No coverage, no outrage, no nothing. Everyone loves to accuse oil companies of promoting a skeptical agenda, while no one ever mentions the massive industry behind global warming: all the research dollars, all the jobs derived from it, and all the people whose reputations are on the line.

US has spent more money on climate change ( 165 billion) than the entire Apollo project ( 130 billion)
source :http://t.co/ub18MdkyR2

35 Billion has been spent on climate science. Attacks on skeptics by people receiving 35 billion tax payer money speaks volumes to motive

I'll admit. I got suckered in many many yrs ago. It was maybe a couple years after Gore's movie I started realizing it was getting pushed so much that it looked suspicious never mentioning cold stuff. Glad I woke up. Sad to see some still buying it or alarmed by it. In fact someone started a thread asking if the leaves were changing colors in July because of Global Warming.

Whooops.

Always fun to see that ridiculous hockey stick projection of doom & gloom warming Vs Actual. Even I bought into in the beginning. Almost 2 decades without a global warming trend..
which curve are you on? Behind or Ahead?
