Tropical highland climates for sure, the ones that live in an 'eternal spring', such as the aforementioned Quito or maybe a slightly warmer and lower place, such as Mérida, Venezuela.

If I loved mild weather I'd choose Bogota, with its room temp temperatures but also regular thunderstorms (100 days per year) due to being an equatorial highland climate.

July and August might still be a bit too warm though for mildies, especially the lows.
