Manila definitely. Beijing is too frigid in winter. While I've never been in Manila, Tangerang is very similar in terms of climate so I should have no problems living there.

Definitely Almaty. Even though Almaty appears to have a nasty smog problem, Astana is far too frigid in the winter and the fact that it borders on semi-arid makes me think it is probably too brown for my liking.

In January I want cold enough to feel cleanly fresh air, in August I want some balmy air
Still early-spring and late-autumn is kinda chilly for my taste though
N'Djamena for having both a wet and dry season that still gets a good amount of warm rain (assuming thunderstorms) during the 2-3 month wet season. I would prefer a climate that got moderate precipitation year round but Quibdo is just way too wet all year.
