I'd sacrifice the warm summers of Bodie for a moderate climate. Its diurnal range is crazy!

Savannah for the slightly cooler winters and a slightly better chance of getting snow in winter.

Manila definitely. Beijing is too frigid in winter. While I've never been in Manila, Tangerang is very similar in terms of climate so I should have no problems living there.

Definitely Almaty. Even though Almaty appears to have a nasty smog problem, Astana is far too frigid in the winter and the fact that it borders on semi-arid makes me think it is probably too brown for my liking.

Waterville, Nova Scotia. Great experience of the four seasons.
In January I want cold enough to feel cleanly fresh air, in August I want some balmy air
Still early-spring and late-autumn is kinda chilly for my taste though

N'Djamena for having both a wet and dry season that still gets a good amount of warm rain (assuming thunderstorms) during the 2-3 month wet season. I would prefer a climate that got moderate precipitation year round but Quibdo is just way too wet all year.
