Cordova is extremely wet and Copjapo is extremely dry, but this first thing is better in my opinion.

Flin Flon has a too cold winters.
Lompoc has a too warm winters and weak summers for that latitude.
I choose Flin Flon for the colder winters and more interesting weather throughout the year.
