Norfolk Island. Mild temperatures year round, although the summer is a little too cool for my taste. Seville is a close second but the Mediterranean climate is a let down.

For a place so far from the equator, Bouvet Island has a surprisingly constant temperature.

Kyzyl. Winters are quite cold, but summers are fairly long and very warm, and it looks nice and sunny.
