Sandia Mountains, Crater Lake gets way WAY too much snow.

This is actually a really tough choice. I like that Kamloops has warmer springs, but its cloudy winters and low rainfall are making me go for Amherstburg. Definitely not humid subtropical though, four months with lows below freezing?

They're almost the same, but I'll chose Amherstburg for milder records year round and wetter

Ah, yes. Battle of the neverwarm climates. I'll go with Nain. Lower latitude, less rainfall (and presumably snowfall), higher records, slightly warmer summer highs.

Juneau easily - warmer summers (I don't like hot summers either, but Punta Arenas is just too cool) and more stable winters. Also, as I already said, I don't like Southern Hemisphere reversed seasons and Punta Arenas is also a bit too dry.
