Mar del Plata, more variety. Summers are warm but not too hot, winters are cold enough to feel different from summer. Fort Bragg temperatures are too consistent, and too wet in winter.

Two very wet places:

Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Prince Rupert, British Columbia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Note that Gander has almost as many precipitation days as Prince Rupert, despite the smaller precipitation (223 versus 244)

Canberra because it doesn't have the same name as the annoying, yappy, rat-dog that stupid women carry in their purses and dress up like they're dolls.

Can't decide. Tbilisi has nicer winters, but its summers are too hot. A tie.
