Portland's variation is almost exactly 15C hence the C/D border.

DEGAC here. Though the D and C are both borderline (so it's a borderline CEGAD).

It's pretty good. My dream climate is a DGKAD. The first D being low end - a 10-12 C / 50-54 F annual mean is perfect.
