i'm aware it's completly unrealistic. but given the premise that is existed, what would you classify it as?

Maritime subpolar. FWIW, I'd much rather a climate like this than somewhere like Winnipeg...

Cool temperate.

Can't be subpolar or even tundra because the temps don't even go below 8C.
