Aberdeen, easily! I've lived near Aberdeen, and while it's too chilly and blustery, it's liveable and considerably less rainy than the western side of Scotland.

Neither are very good, but I think that it has to be Aberdeen for the warmer summers and lower precipitation. Sitka gets a lot more snow, which counts in its favour, but probably doesn't last long anyway, with all the rain it gets.

Residents of UK may I ask something? Which city of UK is better in snow? Aberdeen, Perth or Inverness?

Aberdeen gets the most snow of any major Scottish city, if that's what you mean.
