I've no idea why you're shocked at that.
I was talking about this climate chart which Nino posted today in another thread, seems that the one from the English Wiki is heavily influenced by the UHI, this one is more realistic:

https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucure%C8%99ti#Clima

Those temps are normal for late June, some years are warmer and some years cooler, but I don't think that 26-27ºC in Bucharest in late June are cool. If a day is very rainy maybe can have a high of 24-25ºC.

Climate of Bucharst from the English wiki is climate of center of Bucharest, and center of Bucharest is under the influence of strong urbanization.

According to English wiki Timisoara is colder in January on average than Bucharest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timişoara#Climate , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucharest#Climate
There is no chance that Western Romania has colder winters than Southeast Romania (except coastal cities).

Look at the climate of Plioeşti https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ploieşti#Climate , Ploieşti is only 60km from Bucharest.

Yes, this is the real climate of Bucharest https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucureşti#Clima

lol, in Spain and France resembles a typical January current temperatures map... wow! (without counting those 18ºC in inland Spain, of course; that's not typical in a night in January)

^^ if it's 15C in London, then that's just a fairly normal late April temperature.
Hopefully we will get another warm up again soon.

Forecast looks average or slightly below for the first third of May. Sun hours well below average too.

On Netweather there is talk of a warm spell, but it's not showing at all on the forecast.
