The city is warmer, Orly is 13 km into the suburbs. Central Paris (Montsouris) averages 25.2/15.8°C, so 0.5°C warmer. The city center must be at least another 0.5°C warmer.
Doesn't Seattle have some suburbs with a 26C average maximums? Probably closer to Melbourne than Paris or London.
Not sure about the suburbs, but Wenatchee, which is about 90 miles from Seattle, has an average high of 31.3C in July.
I don't think anywhere in Seattle will be 26C, but 25-25.5C is likely.

wow, that reminds me of a climate in Spain which has even a more extreme difference
Jerez is at about 95km (60 miles) in a straight line from Tarifa, although driving is at 110km/70mi.
Btw, Tarifa's high averages in July 23.9ºC and August 24.5ºC, meanwhile Jerez, 33.6ºC and 33.5ºC. Cadiz, at 30km/mi of Jerez averages 27.7ºC in July, 6ºC less just by being on the coastline. Crazy...
for example Redmond is east from the Lake Washington, somehow inland and still the avg high in August is barely 24ºC.
The airport of Seattle itself has an average of 24.6ºC in August, which is pretty decent. Joe90 asks if inside of Seattle or it's suburbs, there is any station with 26ºC in August?
This is a suburb, 12 miles from Seattle. it is where the Seattle Seahawks training facility is.
