Next week now looking average for early July - partly cloudy and 22-25c.

Today it's been mostly cloudy, currently 22c but there's a breeze.

Today's maximum temperatures across Europe... Cool across much of northern Europe... The heatwave continues across southern Europe, from Spain across to the Balkans & down to Cyprus...

The heatwave is smaller and smaller in Spain, more than half of the country now has normal temps. What a relief for these people living inland!

We on the coast, as always... very nice temps. Almería had a heatwave part today with 38ºC, but above Almería all the way to the French border the temps were pretty nice and in average.

Even in Badajoz they barely surpassed 30ºC. Besides, poor Córdoba, again some very hot temps with 42ºC... luckily for them after this next Tuesday they will have some days in the 28-30ºC with 15-17ºC lows!

Lol Cannes went up to 37.3°C today while Nice stayed in the 20s. This region is weird sometimes.

Apparently its record is 38.0°C, so this wasn't far off at all! Had the western wind lingered around a couple more hours, Nice would probably have soared to the upper 30s as well.

Btw gotta love that blast of moist air getting out of the train!
