Wonder what the averages for Livigno would be if it had its own station, it should have one and if we're talking about potential cold weather so should Roccaraso in the Appennines and Capracotta when it comes to snowfalls (this december it snowed about 2 meters in 15-16 hours)
And of course Finland is coldest after Iceland again. This pattern has to stop sometimes, or I'm going nuts. Insane. I'm actually quite worried already.
