The coldest spot with a weather station is Plateau Rosa, a glacier between Monte Cervino and Monte Rosa. Stazione meteorologica di Plateau Rosa - Wikipedia
Wonder what the averages for Livigno would be if it had its own station, it should have one and if we're talking about potential cold weather so should Roccaraso in the Appennines and Capracotta when it comes to snowfalls (this december it snowed about 2 meters in 15-16 hours)

Here's GEM:

And of course Finland is coldest after Iceland again. This pattern has to stop sometimes, or I'm going nuts. Insane. I'm actually quite worried already.

The CFSv2 has your summer either average to above average, but that's basically a guess

I hope that summer will be at average. I can 't stand above average summers anymore.

The forecast tells me we'll get 29c on tuesday (Lyon). Hope this is true. It's a bit coolish now but at least it is dry and quite sunny.

BBC has 19 for here but our averages are "only" two degrees below leeds, thanks to the altitude. Looks like there will be a east/west split going on.

BBC say 22C here - 25C is what GFS shows, so just a possibility. I think 22 or 23C is more likely though.
