we had some heavy rain today as well with a high of 19c, now it's just about 15c and damp.
Tomorrow the sun will be back and from the weekend onward we'll have several days with highs above 25c and lows in the 15c area, which will seem quite warm, but it's late may and it is normal weather for here at that time of the year.
You know what stands out to me? Finally the PNW is cool. But also just how much warmer Western Europe is than eastern North America latitude for latitude.

Look at Central Canada (the Prairies). They are even warmer than Western Europe for the latitude.
