Looks like Murcia is beating the record hottest temperature for September by a large margin.

We've had a wet and cloudy start to September so far, though temperatures have been average.

7.4mm rain and only 15 hrs of sun after the first 4 days!

North Africa is getting hotter sending ever increasing hot air over Europe. Expect another very mild winter.

The mean temp in London last summer was exactly average, so it's even more inaccurate than if it was referring to this summer.

Wow them inland temperatures in southern Spain are nasty... I know early September averages 34 in Seville but still... 42 there now???

Also 44 in Murcia is even more surprising this time of the year.
