In my area it has been below normal since 7th already, as of today daily mean of the month is -1.4c.

It has been cold in the easternmost of Europe as well although because of the warm beginning of the month the daily mean in Moscow as of today is +0.1c. There were first snowflakes recorded in Moscow on October 14th says a Russian weather site.
West-Ukrainian city of Lvov has a temperature deviation of -1.9c.

Here where I live in Spain the average maximums in October was above 28ºC (82,4F) on the last 3 years, while this year only on the first 10 days was just 27ºC-80,6F, while normally it stays above 29ºC. Those days are even lower, and at the moment the average maximums in October on those 17 first days of the month is just 26.1ºC, it's gonna be lower because those next days is predicted to rain with 23-24ºC maximums and 17-18ºC minimums, but from Saturday again it's fully sunny and with maximums in a range from 25 to 28ºC and minimums from 17ºC to 19ºC.

I don't know about that. That map is produced by the Weather Co. which owns TWC.... They should know what they are talking about. Those are mean temperature departures btw...

The departures from average are based on long term averages (1981-2010) not from just the last 3 years worth of data, so the last 3 years must have been way above average if October so far in Spain has been above average.

All the above avg months you guys get compared to Europe it's unreal, nothing stupid about mentioning it.
It's way below here once again,if i could change that i would put you and your buddies into below avg months and turn the tables, then start posting below avg maps for your locations in the USA thread every single ****in day,see how long you guys would last before you start getting pissed off.
I've been lurking on this website for a while now.
I've seen plenty of map guy,he gloats,he loves it and denies it,most of you fall for it,some are probably too reluctant to say something because they don't want to get banned.
And seriously dude if that is all you could come up with saying i've only been here 3 months, stay out of the undeserved heat ya?

You have a hard time comprehending maps. Do I have to post this 34395485 times in order for you to get it through your thick head?

Winter? Obviously Europe has seen warmer anomalies than the US

How about autumn

How about summer

Spring?

Go ahead, and make an excuse now.
