Just keeps getting worse and worse does it,why isn't Canada getting this or the United States,is this the new normal now?
I thought i lived in a mild climate,apparentely i live in Canada now.

You're joking aren't you? Have you seen the cold that North America has had the last couple of years? It's Europe that's been getting away with it, having mild winters. Particularly western Europe.
We're certainly due some cold, as much as they're due a break from it.
Italy is way greener than Spain, although there are parts of Spain that are very green indeed, like the north/north west.
On average Italy is greener than Spain. Mainly because everywhere in Italy is close to the sea, since Itzlian peninsula is thin. Most of Spain is made of dry plateaus, cut from seas influences by moutain ranges.
Many people forget that spain is on average much more toward south (closer to Sahara desert) than Italy.
Southern Italy lies at the latitude of Spain (naples like Barcelona in northern Spain), but everything north of Rome lies at the latitudes of France.
Despite of that The Atlantic regions of Spain are way greener than any regions of Italy. Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria or Pais Vasco are among the greenest regions of all Europe.

It must suck to have +25c temps in early november. It already feels weird to have 30c in mid september
