Agreed. Way too mild in the winter, and not enough snow.

C+. Summer highs are too hot, but the lows looks good to me. I'm ambivalent about the dryness. Winters are too mild, but they get an okay amount of snow. Not a bad 4 season climate. Depending on my mood, I might give it a B or B- instead of C+.
