I choose Hangzhou for being wetter and slightly gloomier. Temps are too similar to be a factor.

Thanks. Don't sweat about it. Accidents happen.

On another note: Damn, Shanghai is quite nasty in summer. Slightly worse than Tangerang. Hangzhou is like Tangerang in the hottest month. According to weather base the hottest month is october with hi/mean/lo of 32.2/28.1/22.8. But, I call BS on the low. It's always around 24-26. The highs are pretty accurate, though.

What's the point in comparing two climates that are near and almost the same? AND... those summers don't seem moderate at all, to me however, I pick Shanghai for slighty milder summers.
