So the storm (wont say tropical yet since its weak an not too organized) still on the maps.. South Florida and Mid Atlantic getting some heavy rains soon.
In fact...it almost looks like there's a stalled pattern/flow in the East. Not sure but playing the loop it doesn't look like things keep flowing out...more so spinning and staying around ... (Click Loop All). Watch how things flow normally and nicely, then the gulf storm loops back west and just lingers around. Looks like a High Pressure blocking things in the Northeast. Slow the speed of the loop to see better
