Btw, I checked and Chicago/MDW averages 60 days a year when the temps fall between 70-79 degrees, and 63 days between 80-89 degrees

That's the lovely thing about the UP - they get this kind of weather all summer long.
Like I said these temps are perfectly fine in May or late September/early October. Not mid July when people should be on the beach sunbathing and swimming.

The evening festivities. I wish my fire pit didn't rust out last autumn. Tonight is cool enough to burn some wood. Oh well, I'll just burn this cigar

I don't understand how you're able to drink all that vodka with ice. Boke.

Yeah, we made it all the way down to 60 this morning...lol. The dry air does feel nice, although we sure do need rain. Sure hope they're right about increased rain chances starting this weekend.

Seems that we'll stick with the warmth, though might be a bit unsettled until Sunday. Wednesday could have the potential of hitting 30C again:

Poor Copenhagen.

Why do European maps have color codes which show 30 C as incinerating .

Anyways, it was 58 F today morning . Felt like a freshly opened can of cold drinks, Ahhhhhh.
