^^

And that's saying something because from 1872-1940 records were taken on the lakeshore which are normally cooler.

Comparing apples to apples. ORD is tied for 5th coolest on record for that site alone with records going back to 1959

MDW's Mean for this July is 72.4F as of the 28th making it 8th coolest on record for that site with records extending back to 1928.

Thanks to a warm June, the summer SO FAR isn't on the bottom of the list.

.

Cooler temps for much of the next two weeks

This summer has so far been extremely wet for the coastal part of Croatia, with some places having more than 700% of the monthly precipitation.
Wow, that is pretty cool!

It looks like our specific low here was 52F. Not only is AC remaining off, the house temp actually dropped by 4 degrees this morning. It's funny I feel like I should be watching football with red and yellow trees, but in reality it is the middle of summer!

And Bridgeport has the cool weather lasting longer. Just wait till I move to Atlanta this winter and whine missing nor'easter snowstorms.

Lovely temperature for July outside. I don't understand how anyone could complain about this. Then again, I've never heard anyone in real life complaint about cool (lower 70s) afternoon temperatures in the middle of summer, except on the internet. Specifically, this forum.
