I was refering to fog that occurs in the early morning and then burns off. Generally constrained to the valley. It's common in the summer and warm season in general (so sometimes May and September). Your September link is a great example, August might be too. The rest are from other causes. The first few photos from this thread is a good example:

7pm sunny and falling temp.

Temp is 13c from 17c. Sunset is in 3 hours, I wonder will I hit the 0c the gfs has me down for?

I think some of you are missing the meaning of summer. Summer is about fun in the sun, hot girls in bikinis, cooking out, going to the lake, and fun summer nights.
