Little clouds and chilly 65F evening here. Nobody has been in the pools or beaches much. Strange to say. My neighbor said and looked pissed that his pool has not had a chance to warm up. Warmth just not lasting long enough. 54℉/12C tonight.
I'm hitting the pool with the kids tomorrow early before the storms come. Probably will go to the pool at least a few more times this week. Maybe even the beach.
Let's see how "accurate" accuweather is over the next three weeks for Chicago

DCA may have its coolest night of the month tonight, and possible first mid-90s F (around 35C) for DCA+IAD next week? I can count on AccuWeather to over-forecast radiative cooling at DCA as usual.
If it comes to fruition, that would make this June more dynamic compared to last year, when it didn't reach 35C at any of the three major D.C.-area airports.
PIT, on the other hand, is still forecast to peak at only 88F/31C on the 17th, basically unchanged from a while back when I last posted the Accuweather forecast screenshot there. NWS is even cooler:
I just love reading that sentence. Music to my eyes
Just for you.... Latest GFS for LEX. Enjoy! It's been a while since I seen numbers like that for here.
