For Example, I live near the equator, and I like to experience solar times close/a bit earlier than 6am/6pm sunrise/set. It's the most suitable in my opinion. 6pm sunsets is enough.

7:00-7:30 am/pm. No use for 6:00 sunrise, I get up at 7 or so anyway.

Why I choose sunset at 5.30-6.00 is the most ideal, because the it's 1-1.5 hours after the end of work time in Indonesia (ranges from 4-5 pm)
The ideal sunset time is 1-2 hours after end of work times. In the tropics, if sunset after that time, it's just exhausting, and in hot places, it's waste of air conditioning/electrity. So the "DST" / save energy goal in Indonesia is setting the clocks so that sunset times falls 1-2 hours after end of work time.

I live 6 degrees south. The difference in day length between summer solstice and winter solstice is 40 minutes. So it can be said that it I live with constant day length.

I usually wake up at 6 so it's perfect. A 6 am sunrise happens from mid January to mid September. From late September to mid December it's a 5.30 am sunrise. I get pretty much the perfect time

So your range for 6.00 sunrise is about 5.50

What about sunset times?

I prefer a 7 pm sunset since it's more or less the time I have dinner but the range here is from 17.44 to 18.18.

Ideal sunset but not ideal sunrise. So a compromise would be a 6.30 am & 6.30 pm sunset since there's no place with constant 13h day length.
