I've been to Dubai, even in March it puts anywhere in Florida to shame.

Dubai has average highs of 110°F with average lows of 90°F in summer and has recorded dewpoints up to 90°F. "Check" and "mate".

No, you aren't. Places along the Persian Gulf get 4 inches of rain or less for the entire year. There isn't a single spot in the state of Florida that gets less than 35 inches per year
