My apartment is insulated such that the air conditioned / heated air easily flows in from the outside hallway, so it is usually comfortable enough to never need to turn on the heater or air conditioner.

19C right now. It averages around 24.5C in the summer and 18.5C in the winter.

I can feel comfortable anywhere between 64-77 but it all depends on the time of year and what I'm doing. During the summer we keep our thermostat 70-74 during the day and 68-70 during the night. When winter comes around, the heater is usually around 70. Due to where we live, we keep a dehumidifier running most of the year; if we didn't have it then my comfortable temps would have to be lowered a bit to compensate.
