14.5°C, a little below comfortable, so the heater is on for a bit.

Dry (50%ish) 22C/72F felt warm while the humid (60s to 70%ish) with same temp and AC breeze, felt cool inside. Thats the usual 10pm temp. A bit weird how it feel? DRY warmth feels warmer inside?

Currently in a 21-22C/70-72F mall restaurant.

Are you sure it was humid with the A/C? Usually air conditioning de-humidifies. A breeze makes it feel cooler. 72°F is too cool for humidity to have much effect on feel except at the highest relative humidities, and even then not much [the heat index is only defined for temperatures > 80°F]. The difference between 50% and 70% isn't that big, compared to say 30% and 100%. Air circulation makes more of a difference at those temperatures unless moving around a lot. I've found an indoor temperature in the upper 70s (say, 25 or 26°C) feels warm and stuffy with the windows shut. But with the windows open (or even better a fan) feels ideal for summer. I woke up too cold once when my room dropped to 70°F.

I can't understand setting thermostat below 70, sometimes it feels pleasurable during summer though. What is their attire when they keep stay in the room?
