60°F here on the Riviera. Heating has been off for three weeks now, but it's still chilly indoors.

My room has reached 73F. Been 70 for the last 5 months or more. Feels like a bigger difference than you'd expect.

If I'm trying to sleep it needs to be cooler than 64

67-70 - If I'm not doing anything this is comfortable. Provided I haven't been in the heat/overheated. This will not cool me down.

64-67 - Ideal

Inside my room 60.2°F(15.7°C) / Outside 44.1°F(6.7°C)

This house is poorly insulated when it's above 70°F I have to turn on the A/C or below 50°F heater is more likely required.
But after suffered some intense heats in my room recent days, decide to will not use any heater this weekend, I appreciate the cold snaps are coming as a relief.

Weekend Forecast in Fayetteville, NC
March 28, 2015 (SAT) : High 52°F / Low 28°F (High 11°C / Low -2°C)
March 29, 2015 (SUN) : High 56°F / Low 39°F (High 13°C / Low 4°C)

AC 73~75°F / Heater 71~72°F
Once entered my room I can feel the air system is completely different from the hall.
Currently central thermostat says 70°F while my room is 61°F.

I have been preaching that for a looong time.. Will have to read that later.

When a family or friend gets sick I always realize they like their home very warm. Funny I was just at a friends house today and made a joke how frigging hot it was in there. Ugh. And he usually gets sick a lot.

Also what's good is to sleep with a circulating fan on every single night. (Yes, even in dead of winter sub zero F temps outside).

I learned this from growing vegetables. Learned that if you have a fan on seedlings for few hours a day they look and get stronger and stay healthier. I related that to us so I started in 2008. Only got sick once since. Always healthy while so many around us always under the weather or sick

Its the circulating and cooler temps that helps the immune system. Germs have an easier time attacking when its hot and muggy and stagnet air. Another reason I can't stand the heat.

I also have circulating fan in main rooms during the day. If you have it warm AT LEAST have airflow!!
