Currently at 24.1C/75.4F at 10:34 pm right now, the lack of sleep season (due to homeworks) had begun so 24C still feels a bit warm side for sleeping (as I said before lacking of sleep reduces my indoor heat tolerance, but the + side its increases my indoor cool tolerance as well)
Edit : Now down to 23.8C/74.9F at 10:50 pm, that "chill on skin, warm inside the body" feel...

I find 75~77°F(24~25°C) range is very comfortable during summer.
Do you fans in most rooms? I find 76F is ideal with a ceiling fan, or about 73-74F without. My house is set to 76 and we don't use fans, and it usually feels stuffy.
Yea, several nights it's been around 77°F inside. Feels nice but then when I go to bed I'm surprised to find it warm. I move the window fan to the window facing my bed and then it's fine.
Don't bother with ceiling fans, just box fans in the windows. Downside of a window fan on you, is it can get too cold overnight.

I have a great ceiling fan which is my saviour during the summer.
Otherwise I'd need my room to be in the mid-60's to get a good nights sleep
Sleeping is the time I feel coolest, I guess from being completely still and not producing any extra heat.
I cannot use an electric fan at night due to fire risk.
