Troglodytic roommates have the AC set at 74 F with the blinds closed. My room with the vent closed and lots of sunlight is at 78 F.

Are you sharing a bedroom? Or are they roommates in the sense of apartment mates? My bedroom got nice and warm today. 74°F now.

Room was often 74°F in the summer without A/C.

No, I have my own room. Thank god, I don't think I would be able to put up with those polar bears.

Thought I'd need to sleep in the basement last night after removing the window air conditioner. But I slept just fine with two fans. Perhaps partly because I feel a little under the weather, so a slight degree of extra warmth didn't bother me, when it may have done so ordinarily.

Raining and around 70F outside all day, still 76 inside at 6pm.

After more than 24 hours below 76 outside, it's finally cooled off inside. Now 74F which feels a lot better.
