Fargo for a proper four seasons climate and more sunshine. Only the record highs in the summer are really borderlining to me, though i those suppose 40°C+ readings are actually rare there.

Something even Fargo has not, which is another plus for it.

Fargo. It's winters are intense, but the summers are not at all the best in North Dakota either.

Other spots in North Dakota (especially south) have proper winters and summers max temps (though not great anchor seasons)

Fargo by far. The only thing I prefer about Braemar are the winter temperatures but they're absolutely not worth putting up with 12 months a year of cool, gloomy weather (not to mention the fact that it can still get quite cold in the winter, judging by those record lows).

Fargo's winters are certainly colder than I'd like but I can deal with them just fine. The rest of the year is fine (though admittedly the summers seem like they have the potential to get overly hot at times) and precipitation and sunshine are all at a good level for me.

Fargo is much better than here, snow melts over a month earlier.

It's a toss up for me; Fargo has winters that are too cold and Braemar is maritime puke without a summer.

Fargo. Both are too cold, but Fargo has better summers and more interesting weather.

those decent summers of Fargo arent enough to make up for the awful winters. a record low of -48???? That is beyond comprehension as i cant even imagine how that must feel like. So ill have to go with Braemar....
