Those of you who want to become a trained spotter for the National Weather Service, each office holds these classes once a year, sometimes more, for their coverage locations.
Even if you don't want to get your certificate its good to listen, learn and see how to report weather.

I would just contact your nearest NWS office and ask when the classes are. I recommend you all to take them. (this is for the U.S but I'm sure worldwide has similar).
