I have to go with Tokyo because of the summer warmth; just wish it was sunnier. Scandinavian climates are so meh.

I was in Tokyo October 2016 and it was very warm and super gloomy. It was actually much gloomier than I am used to and that says a lot. Why is Tokyo so cloudy?

Tokyo since they are destined to become much hotter and wetter due to global warming, not to mention the fact that Tokyo already sees more than its fair share of rainfall and humidity in the warm season.

Oslo.

Tokyo's summers are too humid, cloudy and would be full of cockroaches.

Why not use Wikipedia tables? That's the tradition in here.
