Those are official FMI depths. I looked at the FMI website but couldn't find anything other than all-time record depths. Monthly max depths aren't available on the website.
I just had to look manually from ogimet.com month by month. The station code is 02974.
I found some data for December 2010, the maximum snow depth was 65 cm, I just found a news report and might just go about using that as it said it was published by FMI.
And the site ogimet.com, does it have every month from 2002?

Which site can I use for Canadian snow data. I need data for Maximum snow depth recorded in a certain month from 2002. I have been using Climate but it is taking quite long as I have to go through each month, daily...
Ya, the best thing to do is go to this page, type in the city you're looking for, click "go" (the day you choose is immaterial), and then click "download data." If you filter with a spreadsheet you can find in under 10 seconds the all time maximum for that location.

I didn't know Helsinki got so much more snow than Stockholm. Im surprised by the difference!
this isn't all that surprising, considering the mean temperature difference in winter between stockholm and helsinki is around 3C. many people in sweden assume that helsinki has about the same winters as stockholm, when in fact helsinki is colder than gävle (southern norrland) in winter.

I wouldn't say its much colder than Gävle. I would say it is slightly colder than Gävle, but slightly warmer than Borlange/Falun. However snow is more reliable in Gävle.
