Singapore by far for the slightly cooler temperatures, regular thunderstorms, lush green vegetation, and regular relief from the sun.

I bet it would because Aruba is breezy to put it mildly which moderates the temps and the heat index while Singapore is a lot less windy which makes it feel more oppressive.

Aruba is just as humid as Singapore, don't let the low rainfall fool you. Aruba's dewpoints are in the low to mid 20's Celcius year round (even in winter)
