You can lift 250 lb . I bench 155 at best.

They do. I use it all the time to talk with friends here and in India.

We do, but most of my friends are Chinese, so I use WeChat a lot which is a Chinese app. Main US ones are Whatsapp (Its an American app) and Viber

Yeah.....but I have a guy helping me out usually. A spa is too big and wide to carry by yourself. We have pool walls here for above ground pools that are 200 pounds though and I usually carry those by myself.


I haven't benched in a long time, about 9 months or so. I was maxing at 375 back then.
