But generally when I think of Autistic people, I think of people who struggle with communication.. aspergers seems to have that problem as well but to a lesser degree

Yes, in some form. There are people like GR-the Indonesian guy who jerks off to mathematical functions, but is still a normal and nice person. Then there's Owen who is an irrelevant nutcase and an idiot. Donar, the Kraut, is also an assburger but has the ability to be a normal person. snj90 is an aspergering 88-person but seems to have the capability of being normal.

And others too. We, again, are stuck in this quagmire. And the rest of the lot are fagg... I mean homosexual.

And nothing personal to anyone. This is how I roll.

Okay, I didn't know about those two.

Since Aspies tend to rely less on social norms to dictate our personal values, I have noticed a tendency for people with Asperger's to value tradition and heritage a bit more than people without it.

Ok I've had enough of Ariete's stupid crappy cultural clashes, I'm not going to accept his rude behaviour anymore. I've decided from now on if I don't like the discussion i'll just leave.

So as of now as I do not appreciate discussions about my personal life with strangers so I will leave this thread.. Again remember the function of this forum.

Well, keep in mind there's no way for anyone to discuss anything abut you that you haven't disclosed to us. Once it's out there, it's out there for good.

I just read the symptoms and can kind of understand it a bit now.. still seems very much like autism to me, they are definitely under the same branch of condition for sure.

There is one trait I have - I do take a great interest in a select few things.. but that is it.

I have a 19 year old autistic cousin and he finds socialising very hard. Even with family members he finds it hard to be open and will usually stay away if there are too many of us in one room.
