Not quite, if you grew up in Sri Lanka then your skin would gradually darken over time while in Nunavut you would be pale and more susceptible to sun burn.
I have only worn sunscreen once and that was with a very high uv index(13) , next few days I didn't wear it and I didn't burn. Even as a kid I never had sunscreen on, neither has anyone else in family. There is no need to wear it here with the weak sun. I have cousins in northern Brazil who lived there all their life and they are now year round darker skin even though they were born light skinned.
So NO, Caucasian skin isn't just Caucasian skin if you build up strong sun suseptance.

I'm a British citizen not a European citizen. My country is the United Kingdom, not Europe.
I have no idea about any of these foreign political parties.
I hope UKIP win all the seats so we can get the hell out of this nonsense.

The True Finns got 12.9%, compared to 19.1% in the parliamentary election, so that can be seen as some kind of victory.
Populists also won in Denmark, and the Greek Golden Shower -nazi party was apparently 3rd.

They certainly are an ultra nationalist party in Greece... They picked up 10% of the Greek vote today. People are desperate there, uncontrollable illegal immigration, and a 25%+ unemployment rate? Spells disaster.
On my cousin's facebook. It says you vote for people who steal your livelihood away, and then you sit on your couch and swear at them from the TV. Sounds better in Greek.... Lots of cynicism in the homeland.
