From 86F/30C and 72% humidity with the highest dewpoint of the year last night, to near a record low temperature forecast tonight 24 hours later. My body can't handle living in a place like this.

Try to stay asleep until 6 or 7 AM. If you wake up again, do something really really boring, like counting paint splotches on your wall

Just force yourself to stay awake until early/late evening one day and you will fix your sleeping pattern

It really isn't that hard.. just force yourself to wake up at a certain time.

I go from waking up at 8am to waking up at 12pm very regularly
