I really need help I've got college in September and I can't fall asleep before 6am in the morning dunno what to do.

And I just realised I've got a little competition with my friend and he's embarrassing.

get up early one morning, then exercise during the day. then fall asleep fast at say 10PM and keep at it.

Well I managed to do it again and I feel fine.. no 'jetlag' although I'd much rather be in bed..

After many days of going to sleep at 4am and waking up at 12 midday, I went to sleep at the same.time last night and just got up now at 8am.. feel fine!

Yeah, now you can go to bed earlier today since you'll be quite tired.

Yeah all in all it has worked out! Although i'll be at a party later tonight, I'm hoping to be in bed by 1am later tonight, I have to get up pretty early again tomorrow so I should have fixed my pattern by then!
