Well then when you fall asleep at 4am, set an alarm for 9am. You will be tired, and will be able to fall asleep at a decent time the following night...
I fell asleep around 2.30am which is good considering I always fall asleep around 6am! I was so happy lol but I still got up late after being awake an hour between 7.30 and 8.30....
But also wly its getting back to normal hopefully.
I have never heard of someone complain so much about jetlag & have it last so long, especially from a FIVE hour time difference, lol...
If you can't go to bed before 4am, 5am, whenever, then force yourself to stay awake all day, drink coffee, red bull if you have to, then go to bed at around 9pm & wake up at a reasonable hour the next day, set an alarm & make yourself get up, it really isn't rocket science...
4am is near my wake up time (esp. for schooldays - its about 5am). Its means almost (astronomical) dawn here and already dawn in your place for this time of year!!! (near summer solstice even it's almost sunrise (civil dawn) in your place, right?)

I am sorry that I ever mentioned this. I am not a jet setter millionaire like you who goes on 10 long haul holidays a year.
Oh how mortified I am. Silly me. Getting jetlagged over only 5 hours.. Oh only 5 hours.
