Oh how mortified I am. Silly me. Getting jetlagged over only 5 hours.. Oh only 5 hours.
Sure everyone is different. Believe it or not, many others have gone through the same and don't find it a big deal. Doesn't mean they haven't traveled that before. I'm tired the next day, go to sleep early and feel close to normal the following day.
Well then when you fall asleep at 4am, set an alarm for 9am. You will be tired, and will be able to fall asleep at a decent time the following night...
Still talking about jetlag?? This isn't Owen's first holiday I don't get why it got to him so badly this time he's been to Florida before.
I don't know either.. I can understand feeling mild affects for a day or two afterwards.. but a whole week? That is not jet lag affecting him any more..
