I couldnt take the breezless night anymore. So damn stuffy inside!! Nice cool injection of air now. Ahhhhh.
Why don't you try using fans. At this temperature they should work well and you'll get outside air. And lower electric bills.

15°C outside, so it's probably hotter inside especially if it's been a hot day. But it wasn't.

Wow A/C at 15C outside? When I was on holiday, we had a few cool nights that got down to 13C, and even though it was 18C still at about midnight I would never have put the a/c on.. only on the nights that it was about 22C/23C did we do that.

if it is 15C outside, then I would open the windows slightly and it would be fine, but not for too long otherwise the house would get cold

Eh. People living at the higher floors of a house / building do that often in the summer. It depends on ventaliation. Of course, I wouldn't use an A/C then, but some don't like a warm house at night. Takes a while to cool down. Also are talking about 15°C just at sunrise or early in the night? 15°C at sunrise here would a warmer night overall and perhaps a somewhat hot day.

How are you going to get a cold house with a 15°C low?!

When we have a 15C low in summer, it means that the temperature is around 20C at about midnight, but it depends how hot my room is, as in summer it is usually quite warm so I would have my windows open the whole night.

Last night we had a low just below 14C after a high of 24C, but I had to close my window when I got home from work at 1am as it was getting a bit chilly in my room - but that is probably because my room is not as warm as in summer.

Basically, a 15C low for me just seems a bit silly to have a/c on and a waste of energy, at that temperature windows should do the job.. I would save a/c for after hot days or if nights don't drop below 20C

I was talking about on holiday when I had a/c in the place we stayed.. we only used it on the very warm nights. Why does me not having an a/c unit matter anyway? I can still judge when I would need it or not

I've read stories about people doing this, but dismissed them, because I simply could not imagine that someone can be so terminally retarded. Yet, I actually saw this feat of space-time bending stupidity unfolding before my very eyes. Reversing down a freeway. Could not believe it.
Lol we get idiots like that here as well.. a lot of them get named and shamed on shows such as traffic cops, and cops on camera
