Would finally persuade the government to find a new location - the Houses of Parliament are a bit old, crumbling, run with rats.

York Minster was struck by lightning in the 80's. The fire was enormous. Luckily the fire only destroyed part of the building.

Haven't done it before, but decided to watch some of these ISIS execution videos. Pretty sick. Boke.

Pretty disturbing.. you have to wonder, despite all the pleas for him to be released, Alan Henning will most likely be the next one to die very soon, especially as we have joined in with the air strikes..

Would absolutely hate to be in his shoes, how vile

The other day just after arriving at work, a huntsman spider, literally the size of my palm just appeared on my driver's side car window.... thank christ it was on the outside. But, it simply disappeared into nowhere, I was too scared to open the door, because I was convinced this thing would just appear like a flash on my hand or something as I exit the car

Haven't seen it since, but I am convinced there is a huge spider living in my car somewhere

In summer, my pool becomes home to dozens of Redbacks and once I've found what looked like the remains of a Funnel Web spider floating in the water. I've since stopped swimming in my pool. Even today, I was cleaning my pool, and as I went to empty the skimmer box, a big fat Wolf Spider was sitting there IN THE WATER waiting for me.....

I'm not a fan of them either, I actually get nightmares from all the Redbacks that inhabit my pool. Then there is my shed... it's a leap of faith entering that thing. I remember going to our uni field days at a park near the city. There were massive interconnected networks of webs in the wooded areas along the walking track to the field station, the rising sun backlighting them, loaded up with curled leaves which the inhabitants made their home. Some of these webs were perfect orbs up to a full meter across. I tapped one of the spiders that inhabited them with a stick, it was like tapping ****ing concrete. And these spiders had leg spans a good 3-4 inches.
