Since 2000, only 3 months have not recorded a single 90 degree day in CGK and strangely, they are all February despite January having a similar high. The months are February 2000, February 2003, and February 2009. February 2000 & 2009 recorded a maximum high of 89 degrees while February 2003 recorded 88.

How likely will CGK record a 90-degree-less month other than February and when do you think it will happen?

January 2013 was the closest ever, reaching a single 90 on 31 January.

I bet in the next ten years there will be a 90 degree less January.

In my lifetime every month has the potential to drop a 90 degree less instance. I'm only 21.

January 2013 may have been 90-less. It seems the high recorded was 32 C / 89.6 F. That could mean 31.5 - 32.5 C / 88.7 - 90.5 F. About a 50-50 chance of falling below 89.5 F, which rounds to 90.
