Should I waste gas and find an open spot? By time I get there the view would be gone. Would make for awesome storm view. Watching lightning and thunder from there. Facing north towards Danbury. No rain here. Not even a breeze. Eeery calm.

My quick 2 Minute video. :15 and 1:48 Lightning Bolt. So much better to listen with earplugs. You can hear the details like the deep thunders, the birds and the rain. This is facing west as the line was coming.

Thanks. Gust front before the line got here. Just 20mph max. Higher further north. Always hard to get high gusts. I assume the hills/trees block a lot of it.
