32 C / 90 F is typically about the warmest we'll see in a normal year while -5 to -6 C / 21-23 F is the coldest. It's interesting that we normally get very close to our record low of -7.1 C most years but never get anywhere near our record high of 41.6 C.
In the past twenty years we've ranged from -6.4 C to 35.9 C.
