I know it's hard to narrow it down to just one climate in the whole world, so let's see what our top THREE favourite climates are. Choosing only three is pretty difficult too...

In no particular order:
1) San José, Costa Rica - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
2) Flagstaff, Arizona - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
3) Port Macquarie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Three from a different climate regime...
Lijiang, Yunnan, PRC
Flagstaff, AZ, U.S.
Portland, ME, U.S.

Moncton, NB's record lows are surprisingly weak for being inland, but then again it's in the Atlantic Maritime provinces... Charlottetown's −30.5C is also barely colder than Pittsburgh's −30C, but that's even less of a surprise.

So Duluth, MN would fit my bill instead, with more moderate summers and stabler snowpack.

Bermuda and Islamabad are pretty good. They're probably in my top 20.

Really difficult to choose three. Other areas of Western Europe, Canada, Japan, and Korea have climates I like as well. Coastal Alaska is good too. Rainy and snowy are great, but I don't mind dryer climates as long as they're cloudy and coolish.
